Do first some streatches
and make routines
Don't do intense and Moderate exercise
find casual exercise , then increase time limit
I find it hard to get out the door whn the weather is cold as my spd.gets worse
Do some streches while walking, some simple beginner workouts like streches really help you for not getting any muscle pain after the workout, start by getting your body get used to workouts , because after the workouts you will feel much pain, but that is totally normal :)

Yh but I've got spd n can't do much cos of it. I also find it hard to go out the door some days.
