What are the foods to have for breakfast that is filling and will last until lunch?
I either make myself a veggie juice (with beets, carrots, kale, apple, celery, cabbage, and bell pepper) or I have fruit (like mangos and papyas) with a protein shake.
l ❤ oats...i do differnt recipes from time 2 time..2day i made it like this:
1/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cups water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp flaxseed
pinch of salt
cooked the above, then add to it a 1/3cup mixed friut(blueberrie,peach,apple,banana,mango) & a 1/4 cup of coconut milk with a cup of fresh black coffee☕..mmmm..it was epic👌
