I been gone for 8 months and now that i managed to put on weight i am trying to turn it into muscle. The down side is i lost some abs and i am a dancer. So i also want to get my abs back while building muscle. Any advice? I have been in shape most my life so gaining weight was hard. Now im worried because im not sure im motivated enough to do all i need. I could use workout buddies and advice. Thanks very much.
