I'm naturally thick and sadly that comes with some side effects such as cellulite. I have boon doing some lower body toning exercise but I'm wondering if that also helps with my cellulite ?
Exercise can help somewhat with cellulite. However, it is one of those things that once you have it it will always be there a little. Keep exercising though because you can greatly improve it and exercise will also prevent more from building up. It is easier to prevent cellulite than to get rid of it. Hope that helps and is not discouraging. You can improve it a lot with exercise by toning up.
