Active Trucker Phase 1, designed by former truck driver and award winning fitness guru to the trucking industry, Siphiwe Baleka, uses ten basic exercises that truck drivers can do anywhere, anytime and without any equipment. Truck drivers can do these workouts right at the side of the truck, at rest areas or inside truck stops - anywhere that feels comfortable. The goal of this program is to guide you in developing an exercise habit. Working out every day can seem daunting at first, but stick with the program and at the end you won't be able to wait for your daily workout! Each workout builds on the previous, giving you a progression that maximizes your fitness in just four weeks, no matter what your level of fitness at the start. The key to success in this program is to spike your metabolism by doing each exercise with maximum effort.
