Stand tall. Drop to a squat with your hands on the ground outside of your feet. Then jump your feet back, putting yourself into a plank. Jump your feet forward to a squat and leap up or stand up. Repeat. Add a push-up if you want!

Leap up or stand up, driving up with your legs.

Land softly and repeat.
