For those simply looking to discover booty. I very simple progressive overload 12 week program. starts out easy and builds up every 4 weeks. All reps to be completed so if you're in the middle of a set of say 20 pop squats but you feel like there's no more pop, give it a second and do one more... then another second and again one more... keeping good form. As time goes by you will develop the straighten and endurance to keep on going with out the poppin stoppin! Word of advice... Have FUN!!!!!!!!!!
